How do you select a factory to source from?
We first communicate with a few factories, to get a feel of them, and to see their quality, prices, delivery timeline, experience, and to get a feel of their trustworthiness. Once we have eliminated the rest, we narrow it down to the one which we know will meet your requirements. We then visit the factory to do an in-person inspection.
Can you design artwork for my product, box packaging, and logo?
Yes, we do that. We have designed wonderful logos and artworks for our clients.
Will you do quality-control (QC), once the goods are ready?
Yes, we will.
Can I visit your office in Guangzhou?
You are more than welcome to.
What about follow up with the factory, once the order is placed?
We diligently follow up with the factory once the order has started, all the way till the completion of production.
What about shipping?
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we can ship through one of our trusted shipping agents (because of our strong and long-standing relationships with them, we get very competitive pricing). If you have a preferred shipping agent of your choice, we’ll be happy to use them.
What is MOQ?
MOQ means “Minimum Order Quantity.
